cheap flights help (urgent)

    If you want to fly, I doubt a TA would be able to find cheaper. It is also possible that the flights will be more expensive by tomorrow.

    I agree. A travel agent may be able to help book the train and ferry, but any flight offering is likely to be best value online. If you end up using Ryanair you absolutely must book online yourself - TAs add ridiculous fees if they do it at all. The Ryanair option from Luton is currently still the cheapest, though Aer Lingus from Gatwick is not bad at the moment and is likely to stay the same between now and tomorrow. I've just had a look at ferries, and it seems that there's a flat fare of £29 each way (adults, children go half price) that should still be available, though it may be wise to phone to check (phone the ferry people not the train people). There are two operators offering it, Irish Ferries via Dublin port and Stena Line via Dun Laoghaire. This is your cheapest option, but obviously it's up to you to decide whether to pay the extra and fly.

    thanks so much , i was considering using the ferry for on the way there as for the funeral kind of starts on sat and finishes monday and oh has to be back for work ( been off sick all week) luckly he had booked monday off already. so the ferry would have to be taken tommorow.
