i need help please!i sent the clydesdale a letter(stage 1 template)detailing what was wrong(i was told i could only get my loan if i took out ppi with them).They have sent me back a ppi questionaire and im a bit worried they might be doing this to catch me out so i cant claim against them has anyone else had this?

Hi there, not to worry, this is becoming more common with most of them now.
You can complete this if you want to but not everyone does, most write back and tell them the questionaire has not been completed as you are aware that they should already have the details from when they sold you the product.
This is possibly a stalling tactic and they must still investigate by 8 weeks, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thanks for that.Im a bit nervous about making a mistake because i paid £69 ppi for 5 years of a 7 year loan before paying it off 2 years early(think ive another claim for that too)so they ARE due me a refund.Ill let you know if theres anything else0

cheers!could you help with this as well?as i paid it off 2.5 years early i recieved 593.33 premium refund but work out 31 monthly ppi payments of £69.01 to be £2139.should i make a seperate claim or put it in with my missold claim?0

I would write back to them and request for a "Full written breakdown of calculations" on this, ask them to post them for you, in case anything is amiss, which may help your case.
In regards of working out calculations, I am not any good at these....:o, but when you receive them post them on here or the above discussion thread, where I'm sure one of them will be able to work this out for you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
