Need old DDR-SDRAM

Running Windows XP with 256MB memory and I think the system would benefit from another 256 MB memory. Tried the Crucial scan and it couldn't identify the memory I need. Thanks to intel's helpful post this morning on another thread I downloaded Belarc Advisor and PCUID and have Sisoft Sandra already. Between them all this is what I seem to have:
Samsung 256MB DDR-SDRAM; model M368L3313DTL-CB0, serial no: 21570C06.
Speed PC2100U (133MHz) 2.5-3-3-6
Technology: 16x (16Mx8)
Date of manufacture: 30/4/02
I've done a search on Google, Froogle and Crucial using the model no. but couldn't find a supplier in the UK. Also tried a search on eBay using the model number but still no luck.
Does anyone know if I could use another memory bank which would be compatible with what I have. I have just the one spare memory slot. I know its a bit outdated but my machine is still fine for what I want. Thanks.

You don't need to get the exact same model of memory chip; any stick of DDR-SDRAM should do. Ideally you'll want to obtain something of the same speed rating (PC2100 @ 133MHz) but it's not absolutely critical. Put a faster stick of RAM in and it'll just run at the same speed as the one you've already got.0

Your post is not very helpful, as you are stating that the OP needs to get exactly the same RAM which is totally incorrect.
-Tanglefoot- has more of a clue than you!

If you need any help just shout0 -
i agree with ddavis - use that nova link, buy that 256mb chip for just under £20 inc delivery and bang it in, jobs a good un.
if you need any help installing give another shout here. tis quite a simple job, open your case, look on the motherboard for the other chip and bang the new one in next to it.This is not an automated signature. I write this at the bottom of every message0 -
Give your local secondary school a ring if they have an IT department. Ours have loads of old RAM sticks (if yer lucky you could get for free)!0

Thanks for all the replies.
albertross: my pc isnt branded as such; put together by a friend.
intel: I downloaded the Everest utility as you suggested: its giving me a huge amount of information, thanks for that. I've included some more info from it to help as there seems to be some query over motherboard support:
CPU: AMD Duron, 1214 MHz (12 x 101) (yes, I know, pretty slow!!)
Motherboard: Soltek SL-75DRV(-X)/DRV2/DRV4/DRV5
Motherboard chipset: VIA VT8366A Apollo KT266A
System memory: 256 MB (PC2100 DDR SDRAM)
Memory bus properties:
Bus type DDR SDRAM
Bus width: 64-bit
Real clock: 135 MHz (DDR)
Effective clock: 270MHz
Bandwidth: 2158 MB/s
If you need any more specific info let me know.
I like the look of the memory stick advised by ddavis (#6 above) and I'll probably go for that, unless anyone tells me there will be problems with the motherboard support. Thanks
