Staying in London on Aug 8th as going to Covent Garden.
Any suggestions for a hotel and the best way of getting a good price. £££ is an issue so looking for anything between £100 - £150 max (incl breakfast).
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks

I usually stay at the st georges hotel when i go down to london, and depending on the day/tume of year usually between £80 and £140 per night, they are on regent street and just down the road from oxford circus tube station, so is close to covent garden via tube (as well as the west end, which is in walking distance)

A quick check on laterooms has thrown up some very fine hotels at the top end of your budget, namely Royal Horseguards, The Howard, Kingsway Hall, Ambassadors in Bloomsbury, and The Russell Hotel. Any of those would be great hotels to stay at.
Next in line would be any of the Grange Hotels in the area, The Strand Palace which backs onto Covent Garden.
It's not often I can say "take your pick" but this is one of those occassions.0 -
Thanks to you both0
