i applied for a loan yers... at LLYODS TSB and was declined and then i did apply for a FLYBE credit card and when i clicked the apply button and then it said they is a problem with their site, and i tried the JJB MASTERCARD and they said they will review my application and they will write to me within 7 days.I checked my credit report today they is no search for the LOAN OR THE CREDIT CARD
HAS ANYONE APPLIED FOR THE JJB MASTERCARD RECENTLY ?
WHAT IS THE START LIMIT ?

which CRA did you search??
not all companys report there data to all 3 so it should be on one of the others if you only checked 1

Flybe CC is part of Sygma who only search Equifax so that is where the search will be. As for Lloyds loans, they search Experian with a soft search against Equifax.

They will there, if you did indeed apply and should be there within 48hrs usually.

Check equifax in a couple of days. You will most probably see 2 or more searches from Sygma.

One from Sygma Bank, one from Creation Finance, and maybe Sygma Fraud too.

With each Sygma card I have applied for, I have had about 4 searches for each under these different titles. They will search previous addresses also.

Starting limits on the JJB card isn't as good as their other cards. I found Flybe to have the highest start limit, followed by My World, then All Saints, and lastly JJB with a tiny £400 start limit.

I wondered why I had these searches against me and figured they must score you for the JJB card at the same time as the credit card version, maybe that is why creation get involved cos they run the store card element like the selfridge card......

Can you have 4 sygma accounts? Are they like mbna who allow upto 5?

I got one yes.

It seems they do it if anything is out of synch so make sure that when you apply you make the data exactly the same as your last application, if you moved depts and have a new number don't change it yet cos this will flag an alert.

their systems are too slow and take too long to update with N Hunter - so i've been told.... what this means is that they may add a cifas but they also take them off when you write in with proof that it shouldn't be there....

Sgyma bank is Creation's personal bank which is why you will have a search by both.

You can have various Sgyma/Creation accounts, just not 2 accounts with the same card.

watch out for the CIFAS flag though.....i applied 6 months ago and got a swift decline!!!
