There's also the home use program. With this each employee can get a copy for the cost of the DVD for every equivalent copy covered under your companies licensing agreement. Doesn't sound like your companies big enough to likely be a volume licenser though.

I've got a copy of Office 2007 this way from my company. Never been bothered to install it, I find Open Office good enough.
