I started a claim to have my bank charges repaid, which has been put on hold. Since this claim i have had more charges applied to my account, should i start a new claim or can i add them onto the old one?? I don't know how to go about this!?

If you haven't gone to court claim stage then use the reference on the acknowledgement and send a further letter with the additional charges.I started a claim to have my bank charges repaid, which has been put on hold.
