BT quarterly bill???

Hello, i desided to go with BT totalbroadband option 3 after number of problems with virginmedia, I only been with BT for about 2 weeks and i got my first quarterly bill this week for £68, I thought it was 3 months for a quarterly bill.
please reply back as soon as possible.

    Its because BT charges in advance for many of its services, look at your dates on the services provided.

    It annoys me too, BT over the country are litterally getting a multi million pound loan from its customers.

    No wonder there are major redundancies on the cards
    for BT workers, The company on the whole is robbing its customers blind.

    I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole now.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    well i ordered my new line i asked do i have to pay for connection fee he says no and this £24.89 a month is that include line rental and thats all i got to pay each month he says yes, and do i have to pay for this home hub he was banging about he says no, so to me thats abit miss leading.
