Snags, well done for holding it together. You can now sob to your hearts content in the comfort of DFW :T

Sammy, you got any passcards you can take with you and read in the hairdressers? I did go two weekends ago and got my hair coloured and cut, but in my defense milord I took my CIMA passcards with me and read them whilst my colour was taking :D

  • @ Snaggs - At least it's over and done with. And you might get some progress now, you never know.

I finally managed to fix my desktop comp last night (all it needed was a new screen) and spent most of the evening on the Sims 2. :o I've decided to do my Employability work this weekend since that doesn't require tons of web-based resources which I won't have since my mum doesn't have the internet (yet :D ). So that should be finished and handed in on Mon. I'll have to get an extension on my Studying Religions project and second Sikhism essay (I already have an unofficial one on the first one) so they should hopefully be done within the next week. I can't get any more work done today since I have to go back to uni in 1/2 an hour and I haven't had any lunch yet. But I'll start on Employability at my mum's tomorrow.

snags - despite the head's twuntish attitude it does sound as though you might be getting somewhere now.... well done to the parent partnership woman for stopping him in his tracks...

and glad ryan is happier to be back at school, if he was anxious then that would be a worry but he's obviously got through it okay....

kayleigh - you sound very busy!!

well done for getting through it Snags. If he eever tries any kind of underhand comment about homelife affecting Ryan - I would drop in - I presume you have had at least some basic awareness training on Ryan's condition when making those kind of comments?? ;)

Cheers to those with comments about hayfever - I'm waiting for a truck load of the generic Zirtek to turn up which I bagged at 28p a packet. The company seems to have been over-run with orders and i've sent 2 stinging emails so far and they have now made it a 'priority order' as they've sent another item I ordered, charged me recorded delivery postage for it and then just gone quiet about where the hayfever tablets are!

Off back to work at 3.30 to invigilate.
