How did the meeting with the muppet go?

Muppet texted me 20 minutes before meeting to say he had other thing to do and would meet me later. My answer would have made Russell Brand blush. I emailed 5 council depts on one joint email yesterday and made sure benefits and benefit fraud knew he was claiming but not living there, asbo that he disappeared and not informed police, homeless that he done it to himself and council tax saying I was exemption status as flat is uninhabitable. Oh and by the way he wants a giro Job Centre posted and I've posted back saying "Not Known at this Address" because I think the claim is fraudulent. You lot sort it out.

Do you think I was tad testy given it was Sausage Day??

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T Love it. I hope they throw the book at him, muppet that he is.....

Still glad that you have got him out, and I hope it won't cost too much to make it lettable again.

I too would have opted for option 2. You will just have to print off those two lists so that when you are feeling how tight things are, you remember why you chose this, over moody mate and all that stress. He REALLY doesn't sound like the sort of person you would choose to work with. Life is way to short.

good luck with sorting out the rest of your tenants.

    Thanks Ladies.

New Ticker so arrears coming down (honestly think £5k of this gone forever) so getting to £5k will make me a happy happy bunny.

Now Arrears / Muppet boy always wears a Beanie so Beanie Boy?

What options do you suggest and we can have a vote off. He's wee weedy called Richard (lots of scope there) and lies every time he opens his mouth.

I can think of a few but probably a bit too rude - they would be struck off.

Well Beanie Boy turned up at the house tonight to plead for the fraudulent giro we returned to the Job Centre 2 days ago. We told him and the Council it was going back but obviously he thinks everybody lies with the same frequency as him ie on both the inhale and exhale all day every day.

He asked to sign a leaving form and gave me a new forwarding address and signed to say he owed £2096 arrears. I told him I would take him to court and he said he give me money in a fortnight. Oddly enough I'm not holding my breathe!!

Working my way through CAB and OU material...oddly enough CAB is all about Court Procedures so that's serendipitous timing :j I've never been in a court so I've decided to view this as an educational experience.

Still too hot here...I'm not ethnically designed to do heat over 20 degrees.
