do i send the letter to my local Halifax branch with a cheque inside made to the bank, or do i send the letter to data protection office for halifax and make the cheque out to them

If you're looking to reclaim charges, why are you planning to send a cheque to them? Also, it's still trundling through the High Court so it will just get added to the pile and it'll be a long while before you get anything, if ever!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
