hi I bought a buy it now item and paid immediately via paypal and was told the item would arrive in two days with a disclaimer saying the seller was not responsible for items lost in the post. Anyway, the item didn't show up so I opened a paypal dispute.
The seller was not happy with this and was quite rude. Anyway, he has since opened an unpaid item dispute against me, and put the price up somehow? !!!!!!?!
can he do this? my original paypal payment is blatantly obvious, so where do I stand? and is it allowed for him to put up the price?

Apeeal, use either the ebay help system or log in and talk to livehelp. Yes he can, this happened to me a couple of years ago, I bought and paid immediately for an item, received the wrong item, sent it back recorded delivery and never received anything else even though seller kept saying they would send the right item. So I opened a dispute, got my refund then the seller opened a NPB dispute against me (!!!!!!??) so I just had to email Paypal the details of the payment and it was cleared.Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

Surely you just respond to the unpaid dispute with your PP transaction id ?0

Yes, try LiveHelp again. I got through to them last week & my problem was resolved in minutes. There are a couple of hoops you have to go through to get to them but it's worth it.0
