Outlook 2007 help to collate

I was using Windows Live Mail - which I found OK. But the best feature was that it collated all my different email inboxes into one overview so I could see everything at the same time (or individually if I clicked onto a particular email account/address).

I cannot seem to be able to do that in Outlook? Am I doing something wrong? Each Inbox is under its own email address/account. The best I have found is to add each inbox to my favourite folders and if something comes in it highlights the name of the account there. Is there another way to get it like Live Mail collation?

And I cannot find how to get it to play a flippin tune when an email comes in! ARGH! Why don't I ever settle for what works?

How are you accessing them? Is it POP or IMAP?
Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.
  • Why not just continue using Live Mail? lol

I used to use live mail then started using outlook and wanted to import my other mail accounts and come across something called outlook collector which allows me to enter other email accounts and then it collects the email. I find it quite useful just google "outlook collector". Alternatively https://www.gmx.com does the same thing but is web based and does the same thing , you just have to sign up for a new email account i do find it quite useful as you can check your email accounts anywhere.
