GMTV Vouchers for Flamingo Land..

Hi all,
I've been looking around for some vouchers for flamingo land this sunday and came across this link from the GMTV website & looks like i can print out the 3 for 2 offer.

I've read other posts on this forum mentioning buying the daysout book for £5.
has anyone used the vouchers through this link and am i right in thinking if i take the cut out one along thats ok or do i have to purchase?
sorry for being a bit dim but not used these sorts of deals before and a long way to travel etc..
