Ticketline requesting more money

Not entirely sure where to go with this but hopefully someone else has experienced this or can advise.
I managed to get a couple of tickets to see Michael Jackson next year through Ticketline. I paid the advertised price of £60 plus booking fee. However, I recently had an email from them asking me to contact them. This I did. Someone in customer services said that they had priced the tickets incorrectly-they should have been £65. If I refused to pay the extra the promotors reserved the right to resell my tickets. Needless to say I asked for this in writing (twice), but, have still not received anything.
Can anyone please advise?Thanks.
