orbay auction site?

yesterday i joined orbay .co.uk & made a purchase.
i have sent a message to the seller & also sent some emails but i've received no response. the seller is also appears runs the site.
when i search the site, the same item i bought is still listed.
i paid through google checkout & i checked the bank today & the money has come out.
the more i think about it the less i think this site is geniune, if this is the case how would i get my money back?

    update : i'd recommend avoiding this orbay website *
    never received my item :(
    & after a lot of hassle only received a partial refund & not a single response or explanation from the seller.
