Anything I can do?

Hi all

I won an item on Sunday afternoon from someone with seemingly good feedback. I paid instantly by paypal. Since then they have been hit with loads of negs about none delivery or very late delivery.

I've sent them a message asking very nicely when they will be sending my item but so far no reply. I'm starting to get cold feet about the whole thing. Is there anything I can do to back out of the transaction if needs be?

There is nothing you can do to back out at this stage unfortunately. All you can do is after 7 days put in a paypal dispute for non receipt and see if that gains any attention from your seller.

Worst case... you can open a dispute with paypal. You have 45 days to do so, so don't fret yet :)
Was it expensive? Any too-good-to-be-true signs?

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

    Thanks for your responses.
No it wasn't really expensive £30ish +p&p but they are selling loads of the same kind of thing at the moment and I seem to have paid the going rate.

I really hope that they come good but I just have a really bad feeling about this one. :(
