I am not a speeder. Having passed British driving test here I am now recodnized as a young driver despite my overseas driving experience. In particular this means it is enough to miss a speed limit sign just twice to have DSA nightmare back. This is why I want to buy a device which could make me aware every time I drive faster than allowed on the road.
I tried TomTom One V4 - it alerts only when you drive 69 with 60 allowed. And on some refurbished roads it says 60 is allowed while it is two-lane for last few years. So, the maps are not too accurate.
I also tried Garmin - maps are very unaccurate - it says 40 is allowed on Motorway with real 70.
So, I think I should buy something special rather than just GPS navigator to have this option implemented properly.
Could anyone recommend me something? Again, the reason is not to speed and not to be caught but not to speed accidentaly.
Or maybe someone knows a good independent market review on anti-speeding devices?
Thanks

Not being on a high horse but its cheaper to stick to the limits or at least make sure you know what the limit is.0

There are a couple of devices to prevent you getting caught speeding. They are called your eyes and your brain.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -

Thank you for replies. Yes, I do use eyes, brain and have read the highway code. But it is good to have an additional device too.
I can show you severel places here in the UK where speed limits signs are missing. Or even easier - one day a van or a lorry could just prevent me from seeing a road sign.0
