Medical Conference Calls

I run a discussion forum for patients with Leukaemia and have been thinking about running monthly conference calls, where we have a speaker talking about a specific matter relating to Leukaemia then a Q&A session.
Anyone know how I might set this up and a company that provides this service?
Thanks
Robert

We use http://www.powwownow.co.uk/ its free and works well - just decide on a pin, and get everyone to login.

Were you intending to pay for all the calls or did you want each individual person to pay for their own call?
Would your patients be likely to be internet savvy (so e.g. you might use Skype where it's free) or would you be better off with normal phones?0 -
I think most are internet savy so the phone would be the best option. I hadn't thought about you would pay, but the individuals might be best.
It's a pity that powwownow charge a National Call Rate, I personally object to these numbers.
Skype, not everyone has that, but everyone has a phone.
Anyother proposals?0
