What's Happened to the Yorkshire BS Cheaper Fixes ?

We're coming to the end of a Discount Deal with A&L of -2.5% off their SVR (cheaper due to my Premier Bank Account) and are looking around for a new deal.
Basing it on £104K and looking to perhaps shave 1 year off our remaining 18 years, so taking it over 17 years.
Also basing it on the cost of the repayments plus any additional booking fees etc. rather than simply on the monthly repayments
I'd ruled a number of the cheaper fixes out due to the £1K to 2K fees so the bulk of A&L deals don't actually appear that cheap
Yorkshire had a 2 year fix at 3.59% with fees of £245 and cashback of £250 but this is no longer on their website.
Just wondered whether this was the case and whether there were any similar deals out there.
Would be looking at repayments upto £700 per month but not sure whether to plump for a fixed and over what period or to stay with trackers/discounts as I've always had them

I guess you don't read the posts often. Majority of all fixed throughout the mortgage kingdom have finished. Most fixed have increased due to mortgage companies only buying small batches from the moneymarket. No one is will to buy big chunks. Sorry.
Next Monday a wealth of increased fixed rates will be out.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
Remember to say thank you to people who help you out!

TBH I only tend to remortage every 2-3 years and then forget about it again until the next deal is approaching its end. Once the mortgage is in place there's little you can do or worry about it and the whole point is giving myself the leeway to be able to cater for interest rate increases or unforseen financial costs rather than overstretching myself.
Yorkshire have their new deals up and there's still a 3.69% fix although the fee has increased to £495
Will be getting a deal in place in the next day or so0
