Should I change Banks?

I am with LTSB and currently have a Current Classic account, Reward Savings account, LTSB MasterCard and ISA account with them.
My credit rating is exceptionally good, but I have found that although I do pass a lot of money through my accounts, I do get a reasonable amount of interest on my Credit Card, purely because of the way I manage it. I have spoken with LTSB and asked if they would as an valued existing customer be prepared to do anything for me. The response was a complete sorry nothing we can do. I explained that I there are a lot of good offers on the market all seeking my money and I would seriously consider moving all my monies elsewhere. I have a regular guaranteed income and now I feel quite offended and angry that they have shown no desire to retain me as a customer.
Has anyone any suggestions as to where else I should consider going.

Why not just shift your credit card to a 0% deal elsewhere?

It's a lot less hassle that way!

Show no loyalty to a bank... they will never be completely, self-lessly loyal to you! I am a (self-confessed) promiscuous banker!

Is it important for you that all your accounts are with the same bank? If so you could try popping into a few different banks and mention which products you require to find out who can give you the best deal.

If you don't mind having different accounts spread across a few different banks, then as opinions4u suggested, get the best offer for you on the credit card and also why not for your other accounts too. Particularly your ISA to get the best rate possible.
