Can we download office 12 beta?

I've been looking on ebay for an upgrade of office, and I've seen people selling office 12, I;m assuming its a beta, I read on a couple that they offer no support as it is available online.
Does anyone have any info on whether its open or closed beta?
I've tried looking, but havnt got very far. I'd like to try it..

Plenty of dodgy versions available online if you know where to look, but I really would wait for the official release.0

I do like using betas, but I've neer beta tested microsoft stuff, so mebbe not :-)
When you say dodgy, I hpe you mean dodgy as in the its beta, rather than illegal ? ;-)
