vBulletin hide and thanks code help

ive got a vBulletin board, was wondering if sum1 could help. i need a code that "hides" posts untill sum1 clicks thanks or says thanks. also, has sum1 got a "thanks" code for vBull anaw? thanks

The thanks on this site came from the Post Thankyou Hack.
It was customized at the time specifically for the site to hid the thanks at the bottom of each post.
