Credit card Fraud

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help.
We have CTI shell CC. last month CC called and queried a transaction which we had not made. The CC company stopped the card and sent out a new card. when we checked statement there was 2 other transactions we had not made - £450 approx. we notified of them this and they said fraud dept would send out claim form. One month later and 3 phonecalls to them - they have still not sent out forms - they keep saying they will be in post.
We pay CC by DD monthly (pay amount in full) so we have now paid this money.
Can anyone tell me - can I just reduce my amount next month by the £450 that we are disputing. Should we notify police of this or does the CC fraud dept do this. How can we get CC to refund the money?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

    Hi Scottie 69,

have you have any luck sorting this problem? I have also been involved with the Citicards Fraud department which after many calls and letters has been almost resolved so if you need advice on who to contact then please reply. One advice I will give now is that the Overseas Call Centre are restricted in what they can do but will always be polite and therefore you think they are assisting but they are not.

    regards
