The "Radio Stations" are 100.7 Heart FM, Heart 106.2, Red Dragon FM, Century 106, 2CR FM, Big City Aire, Hallam FM, Key 103 FM, Metro FM, Radio City FM, Clyde 1 FM, Cool FM, ForthOne FM, Magic 105.4 listeners, there will be one winner across all of the stations.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant can either go online to the websites stated above and register their details or visit an event. Entry will open on the 12.05.09 on and close at 23.59 on 15.08.09. During this time entrants can visit the various street teams at the following shopping malls on the following dates and locations:

Offer open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Kia Motors (UK) Ltd 100.7 Heart FM, Heart 106.2, Red Dragon FM, Century 106, 2CR FM, Big City Aire, Hallam FM, Key 103 FM, Metro FM, Radio City FM, Clyde 1 FM, Cool FM, ForthOne FM, Magic 105.4 their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entrants must go to the specified websites or to the events to fill in their details and provide the required data to enter the draw

3. The closing date for entries is midnight on 15th August 2009.

4.Prize consists of one Kia Soul, number plates, delivery to a UK Kia dealership, 12 months’ Government vehicle excise duty and vehicle first registration fee. Insuring the vehicle is the responsibility of the prize winner.

5. Subject to availability the winner may choose any Kia Soul vehicle with an On The Road Price of up to £14,995 as at 15th August 2009.

6. There is no alternative in cash or kind. Kia Motors (UK) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize or elements of it for prizes or elements of equivalent or greater value should circumstances so require.

7. You will need to register your personal details – name, address, telephone and e-mail in order to have a valid entry into the prize draw – only 1 entry per person. The vehicle must be registered in the name of the winner.

8. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of the prize being drawn. A list of winners available from Global Radio.

9. No responsibility can be accepted by Kia Motors (UK) Ltd for application lost, damaged or delayed when registering via internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt by the promoter
