travel insurance - hypothyroidism

can anyone recommend an insurance company that can cover hypothyroidism and is not too expensive? Its for a friend, 20 years old, he is looking for a standard annual trip cover worldwide (incl USA). He has had hypothyroidism for years, no problems as such, just has to pop a pill each day.
I havnt been able to find any providers where I can generate an online quote for him. Does he has to phone everyone to get a quote? This would mean that he will miss out on online discounts/cashbacks)
