Barclays Bank - Hardship Claim

Dear All
I made a claim for bank charges back in june/july 2008 and claimed under financial hardship as was only able to work part time due to ill health and was struggling to keep up with all my outgoings. Barclays have recently contacted me explaining that they have to re-assess all hardship claims, but they never recieved a worksheet from myself.
My query is do I still qualify as I am now in a different job and making very good in-roads into my outstanding debts and do i complete the worksheet based on my finances at that point or at this point now?
