Broken Coffee machine

I purchased a rather expensive coffee machine from a leading manufacturer last September from one of their outlet stores. Most of the machines for sale there are reconditioned but this one was new. However in November it developed a fault and I took it back . I asked for a replacement or refund but they repaired it and sent it back. Then in March it developed the same fault and another fault. I took it back to the shop and demanded a refund. They said they could not do it and after some insistence they returned ot to their head office. I heard nothing so contacted them them on 1st May only to discover they had not even looked at it. After many unreturned phone calls I finally got a response yesterday and was amazed to find they have repaired it again and sent it back to me. Where do I stands legally with this??

How long is the warranty? If they are repairing it and sending it back then they are doing all they need to I believe... Still not very good service. I'd write a letter to their head office to complain about the speed of repair etc.0

Well when I bought it I presumed it was 1 year but apparently machines dols from their outlets are only 28 days guaranteed. However most of those are reconditioned machines but mine is not. I thought that if goods developed a fault they had one chance to fix it and then had to offer replacement or money back. I have sent an e-mail to their head office this morning.0
