Holiday in Tenerife-Advice

My Fiance and I have just booked our 2 week holiday to Tenerife for the 26th May. At the time we got a really good deal for self catering and booked it online. Now after some discussion between us and looking at money etc, we are now thinking about changing to All Inclusive, so we have access to drink and snacks etc, we will probably still go out for evening meals. My question is I have read on some other forums that the apartments im staying at - Tamino Tropical in Peurto Santiago will accept the upgrade at the hotel and its a lot cheaper than doing it with Thomas Cook. Has anyone had this experience or have an email address for this hotel, i have searched the internet, but I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think you mean the Tamaimo Tropical. I stayed there last year on a cheap all-inclusive deal and it was a reasonable hotel. The rooms were a little basic and jaded, but the facilities were fairly good.
