Home Insurance - Long Holidays

Can anyone recommend an insurer who will provide contents cover for a UK property left unoccupied for periods of up to 130-140 days at a time? My parents go away to the sun for the winter - but their current insurer has been merged out of existence........

Does any one stay or live in the property for any periods whilst they are away?

No, no-one lives in the flat whilst they are away (although the warden looks in weekly and my brother occasionally).

No, because the water is turned off and the place is otherwise shut down for security, although the warden and my brother call in approx weekly.
