further parking fine hassle help

Hello everyone Id appreciate any help I paid a £30 parking fine after I appealed and lost , they then sent me out a further £30 fine saying I paid the fine after the 14day period ( i sent it off in plenty time ) there reply was to take it up with the post office as they are responsible for the mail
They have now added a further £30 in total £60 any help or direction is most welcomed :mad:

    Was this a PPC (Private Parking Company)?

    Sounds like as you have paid up once, they are trying it on to make you pay again!!

    Show ALL of the docs and give an explanation of timescales. Also a proper explanation of what happened. why were you paying?

    Glasgow NtOs, which is what you have, is rubbish.

    - and Glasgow are a 'mare to deal with!

    I was paying because I appaealed first and they knowcke d back my appeal , i thought id no choice -under the circumstances of this fine im totally !!!!ed off .my young daughter was sick all over the car and went to get wipes etc to clean her up etc came back and a ticket you can imagine how irate I was , I told them this and obviously they are not interested so i paid the £30 , what next ?
