Some guys charge £130 per day, some £300. I would expect to charge somewhere around £200 which I think is fair, considering payment of taxes, liability insurance etc.
When the floor is 20m2 then there's no way you can charge £50m2 unless it's top notch natural stone or Italiam mosaic.In wood we trust.0 -
and no one has asked the really obvious question yet! does the OP really mean 5m square or does he mean 5 sq m?
Make a world of difference to the price.

Good point mate, and really easily confused!
"5 metres square" (i.e a room 5m long and 5m wide) would, in theory, be equal to 25sq/m.
Oh the confusion! Forget the tiles and get some Karndean or Amtico down!:rotfl:Profit=sanity
Turnover=vanity

Dont' be sarcy. We've still got the same problem whether its ceramics, sheet vinyl, kardean etc or whatever because the OP still hasn't said what he means.
And you haven't answered why 5 x 5 is 25 "in theory". It isn't "in theory" it is in actuality.
