Advice
My ex husband has an IVA, i don't fully understand it, hence why i'm asking, he got into a lot of debt after we split up (thank God!) anyways, my oldest son has recently moved in with him so he has stopped paying me maintenance (my request) as i didn't want to be chased for any over payments. So he is now £285 better off a month but also having to support my son. Who does he need to declare this too?
I want to make sure he is not going to get himself in trouble as he now has our son to take care of.

I believe he just needs to declare the change to the IP. So if it previously showed as payment / support to you, it just needs to change to show the increase in his own bills accordingly eg. Food will be more now as he is feeding both of them.:jDebt Free after 5 years.:j Now Time to start saving for my move to Canada
