Help with malware found please

Hi

I had a phishing email from paypal last night, on an email address used only for ebay and paypal and therefore not known on the web anywhere, so I was worried about how they got it.

I have run malwarebytes on one of my laptops and the following has been found:

Obviously I will remove the above but how serious is the infection, do I need to change passwords etc?

its a more minor infection , a Dell Pc I suspect

just remove those items and you should be fine

You really could do with SERVICE PACK 3
And to be a little safer id run a FULL scan too, to be sure

I'm just installing Service Pack 3 as I type, and will run a full scan later on today.
