Lexus 250sr Repairs

Hi, some lovely person drove into my car in a carpark and drove off without leaving details (no CCTV) the damage doesn't look much, but, according to Lexus dealer, will cost £800 to replace front trim and repair scratches to bumper (to replace bumper would be silly money!), also to heat wheel arch and push back into shape (is very slightly dented) I am also awaiting a quote from my local garage as I think they'd be a bit cheaper, but has anyone any other suggestions for sourcing cheaper quotes?
To explain - when I got my insurance, the £500 excess made the policy £300 cheaper than the £200 excess, so although I wouldn't be any worse off then if I just had the lower excess in the first place, it might not be worth claiming through insurance (no claims is non-protected)
Thank you

The dealer won't repair it, they'll just subcontract the work to a nearby bodyshop.
Scratch repair to a bumper is easy, wheel arch is more difficult. Can't say about the trim as I don't know which bit it is, but I can't see you paying anything like £800.0 -
yip, get it to an independant body shop, not the dealer. it should be about half the price (depending on the trim part required)...work permit granted!0

Sorry the quote was from Inchcape, who share the premises, the quote is:
Labour: £262.40
Parts: £322.33 (the spoiler (which is what I meant by trim, sorry!) costs about £220 I think he said)
Additional Costs: £94.86
Subtotal: £679.59
VAT: £101.94
Total: £781.52
The repair details read:
Repair bumper
Refinish bumper
Replace front bumper spoiler
Refinish spoiler (it comes unpainted!)
Then there'll be a bit of touching up and repainting, it's metallic paint if that makes a difference?0 -

I thought it seemed a lot, but the guy was really nice! I quite obviously know nothing about cars though, so he could say anything and I would have believed him0 -
Is the spoiler cracked, but in one piece? Or are there bits missing?0

It's not cracked at all, but the corner curve, about 15 inches in length, is heavily scratched, the bits which clip it onto the car are bust though, they're still attached, but dangling limply! So the spoiler itself is slightly hanging down at one side0
