Hi
I am v un-techie minded and wanted to find out how to/if poss to(!) set up my Hotmail email to auto send to my Pegasus a/c so I don't have to log on to Hotmail each time to check that inbox?
Hope someone can help! I've played about for ages since this AM but am stumped...

Just going on what I vaguely remember - I don't think you can do that with the free hotmail account, only the paid for one:Viewing e-mail in Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express To protect our users from the increasing amount of unsolicited junk e-mail or spam sent from MSN Hotmail accounts through Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express, we have reluctantly had to restrict the new use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express to subscribers.
- If you purchase a subscription service, you get access to your account from Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express, along with many other added features.
Having looked at it, you can get Hotmail plus for £14.99 a year, then you can download your e-mail without having to use webmail. I'm assuming this works for pegasus as well as Outlook and Outlook Express - they get the mail the same way.0 -
However, you can download your e-mail using Pegasus, etc, using the free Yahoo e-mail, if that helps.0

I use Pop Peeper, I can check all my email accounts, including Hotmail ones, without signing in to each one seperately.
I don't know if this helps at all as I'm un-techie too!:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -
If you have an old Hotmail account, you can still collect via OE or outlook etc.
It was only "new" accounts created about a year ago if i recall correctly.0
