Credit score - pay a few off or a big one ?

Hi
Just done a check on creditexpert, which shows I am good at paying my cards regularly, am using only 12% of my "possible" credit allowance, everything in order with no non payments ccj's etc, but only a score of 794 = Fair.

I owe, in total £4353, credit card 1 = £2499, credit card 2 = £767, Buy now,pay later store (aug 09) £788, buy now pay later store £299 (Feb 2010).

Can I get my credit score increased ie :

I have £1500 in pocket to pay off some of this debt, should I divide the money up between them, pay off on just the larger card, or clear 2 off completely etc

Which would work the best, if any ?
