Get genuine autographs for the price of a stamp, or in some cases free by email!

New to this so please be gentle, highly recommended site where you search for a stars contact details ie management etc. People post up to date address or emails details, you then write a letter requesting autograph include stamp (its only polite) then wait. Lots of advice on there from genuine autograph hunters.. I have had a lot of success from here including personalised, people even warn you if your likely to get a pre print etc. Anyway if your still reading this go to fanmail.biz good luck!

I will try for Michael Schumacher, he's my sporting hero. I miss him so much sigh...:(
I had two personal autographs from him which were stolen, I'm still  about that.
Thanks OP.0 -

Have been known to indulge in some mild stalking outside stage doors- that's free!
Although the first time we did that it was purely by accident... just so happened that the only place we could find to park the car was outside the stage door of the Old Fruitmarket. Wasn't complaining though!

I hope you all do well with your requests, you will be suprised who does or doesnt reply, you do have to be patient sometimes though letters/pictures can take anywhere from a week to few months but worth the wait, great for the kiddies to do too. If your struggling to find an upto date address just post it on the forum there and im sure people will help you out.. Happy writing!ToTaLLy LoVeD uP Newlywed Lurker on here since APRIL 09 Finally joined 12/05/090

just out of curiosity, what sort of thing do you write in your letter? and do you type or handwrite, i have thought about asking a few people (mostly authors) who i would love to get a reply from but am afraid of looking like a wierdo!
they must get so many letters from people just wanting autographs to ebay etc...0 -
Hi! I had a lovely letter from JK Rowling after her 2nd Harry Potter book & also Colin Dexter wrote a lovely letter. I usually start by saying that I understand they are busy & to excuse the intrusion. I then say that I think they are great etc & why. Then I ask if it is possible to have a signed photo (a real one) and then sign off. You can include a SAE if you like (I never have!!). I wrote to Ralph Little because I was trying to get all in the Royall family & he sent me a signed DVD! Good fun!just out of curiosity, what sort of thing do you write in your letter? and do you type or handwrite, i have thought about asking a few people (mostly authors) who i would love to get a reply from but am afraid of looking like a wierdo!

Same as above post, keep it simple but enough to show you have made an effort, i always say i realise how busy you must be etc, dont do a really long letter but at the same time a short letter can show its a rush job, i always hand write my letters too i feel its more personal but thats just my opinion, i tend to put a little about myself too. Love royle family! I have carolines so far even got a handwritten note thanking me for my time! I believe this is genuine anyway! Peter kay is another of my favs but this took ages to come, about 6 months, worth the wait as its personalised. All time fav so far is trevor immelman!ToTaLLy LoVeD uP Newlywed Lurker on here since APRIL 09 Finally joined 12/05/090
