Hello, I sold a pushchair on Ebay on Saturday as buyer collects, the buyer responded to my email on Sunday and said they would collect the pushchair on Tuesday as she needed o arrange a babysitter. I passed on our details including a mobile number, and asked them to call before collection (i have a rather unruly dog!). Long story short..i have not heard anything..i have emailed them again asking if everything is ok, but nothing! I know it is early days..but at what stage do i take action, i'm fearing the worst! They haven't paid as were going to do cash on collection. Thanks!

You could try phoning them. On the ebay site press the help button on the top right and search for "contact details" the first link it should bring up is Request contact information fill in the user ID and the item number and you will get a copy of the user details that are on file and they will get email a copy of yours.
I would post a direct link for you but as im new im unable to.

I would do a NPB after 7 days (it might be ten but paypal won't let you do it unless you've waited long enough).
This kicked me into action when I forgot about an auction I'd won!If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0 -
Thanks for the advice, hopefully they have just forgotten!August: £149/£150

Ok.. she finally contacted me and said there had been some problems and would it be ok to collect on Friday, i replied yes but could she confirm what time she was thinking...and Nothing! I sent her an email again last night to ask if she wanted to collect today -Friday but she hasn't even had the decency to reply! Araah! it is just so annoying! The auction ended at 5pm last Saturday so I guess by Sunday i can just do a NPB? Her contact details aren't up to date either so i can't phone her!August: £149/£150

If you still have no luck start the NPB process, also you can report the account to eBay for having incorrect user details it will more than likely get suspended.0

I started NPB yesterday, i also sent an email saying i have been trying to contact but without success, i either need a firm date for payment/collection or we can cancel the transaction amicably. I have a funny feeling that she will respond on day 7! (though i hope she doesn't respond at all!) Thanks for the advice i'm a total numpty with ebay!

If she does reply and the reply does not give a valid reason for not paying you can close the dispute there and then and not worry about any negative feedback i would also add them to your blocked bidder list.0

If the buyer responds they can then leave feedback. There are grounds for negative feedback removal if they do not mention any grounds for the dispute, but it is not automatic.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
