Red Direct - atrocious customer service

Anyone else had problems with Red Direct? I ordered a pendant from them on 30th March, got charged for it on 2nd April and it never appeared. I've emailed numerous times and only had 1 one-line response (3 weeks ago!) to the effect that they'll look into it. I've phoned several times too and all I get is that they'll contact the appropriate people to look into it! I've asked to be put through to this mythical team to be told I can't be!
What can I do? I am infuriated by their abysmal customer service. I paod for the item on a debit card.

Bump - anyone got any ideas on what I can do? Am I covered by any distance selling regs or something similar?

I'd say you are covered by DSR because they have quite literally failed to deliver. You can assume the contract to be cancelled after 30d if they've not delivered the goods and you are well beyond that. You should write to them to cancel and then wait the neccessary 30d for the refund to be processed.0
