I am currently with Telewest who supply me with internet, cable TV and landline. I was ona 3 for £35 package with them and now wish to change providers but I wish for one where they supply all three, though if I have to get them from 2 seperate suppliers I will. I live in Devon and ntl do not supply the area I live in (I checked their website).........does anyone know ehere I can get these services a s cheap as possible??

Unfortunately it looks like you will have to go with more than one supplier. You can now get your phone and broadband from one supplier (eg. BT or TalkTalk Onetel as they are now one company)... Your only other DTV options are Sky or Freeivew if you have reception!
ntl and Telewest have recently merged and over the next year will most likely combine operations; this may see an improved service for you and possibly cheaper prices... I can't really comment on TW tv not had it for a few years since we moved.
