Can i just confirm that the 'Times' vouchers no longer scan in Tesco, i remember a while ago this being discussed, but can't remember what the outcome was??

Nope, it scans fine - I used one this afternoon - and there is no reason for Tesco to suddenly block this one.

All Tesco stores, anywhere in the UK should accept it as well, regardless of there being no Waitrose anywhere in the area. They are 100% OK for any Tesco if you spend the £30 minimum (if your store refuse then send the moc & receipt to Dundee for reimbursement, as you were using it in good faith and in the knowledge of the coupon policy having no restrictions re conditional spend vouchers).

These Waitys mocs are great, especially now they are £5 off £30 spend!

It's the Morrisons ones which never scan, never have, due to the barcode being odd. All Tesco should accept these as well, regardless of proximity of a Morrisons - but many stores are still refusing this one simply due to the issue of not allowing any non-scan coupons.

My local stores included, despite several calls to Dundee and promises of telling the stores they should be taking them, more often than not they still refuse. Now I have a pile of receipts ready to send off to Dundee to reclaim those fivers, TBH I could have done without this hassle as I am v busy at work at the mo.

if this is the one that you run on continuous ink, you should not have to re-set it unless it runs dry

These guys might be able to offer further advice:beer:
    http://cityinkexpress.co.uk/DX7450-Dye_continuous_ink_system_for_Epson_DX7450.html

I'll check these out, but the place where I bought it say all printers, not just Epson, have counters in them and have to be rest (it wasn't anything to do with the ink containers running dry, which they never ran dry anyway). I put it down to head cleaning as to why the counter reached it's limit so fast after getting it new only a few months earlier. Unfortunately, the place where I bought it from don't have the software to reset it as they aren't an official Epson Service Center. They did say that they have the software for some models but not for mine! (Bl@@dy figures!! I swear if I every get my hands on that b@st@rd Murphy, I'll ring his bl@@dy neck!!!) Okay, I've calmed down now, sorry for the language but I really didn't need this right now!! I appreciate all the help everyone is giving me to help me fix it myself instead of paying someone to do it!
Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!

Five pages of comments since I last visited. Sorry I couldn't thank everyone. Zipped through them as quick as I could :) Err PC what you eating duck for? Mad feeds them and PC eats them :rotfl::rotfl:One of me fav SA's got a stripping down (wouldn't mind seeing that!) from the CSM over a coke £2.50 voucher. She showed me it, which looked well dodgy. Apparently it ran out last year! I don't remember seeing it posted on here. However, Mad's profile has been raised because the CSM said my coupons are always in date:T:T:T
