Only if you have sent a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act. If you have just asked for copy statements they can charge what they like.stringer_bell wrote: »seriously

If you use the actual template letter that Martin's done, the wording is correct and means that they can only charge £10.0

Tell them where to shove it. I am amazed at that. I asked Abbey for copy statements (for something entirely different) and she only charged me £10 for them without me saying anything. I went into the branch and asked and the lady sorted it out there and then.:jDebt Free after 5 years.:j Now Time to start saving for my move to Canada
