Hi there, can you give any further information about the equity release part?
If you get the equity release clause in an IVA, you will be required to re-mortgage your property after around 4- 4 1/2 years into the arrangement with this extra money going into the arrangement. However if there is no equity or it will have a negative impact on your ability to make payments then they will sometimes opt for a 12 month extension to the arrangement instead.:jDebt Free after 5 years.:j Now Time to start saving for my move to Canada
