How to prepare jelly mould?

Rinse the moulds in water,any temperature will do and leave the inside wet before pouring in the cold jelly to set.
Also dip the outside of moulds in very hot water before you tip them out and they'll come out no problem.0 -

Just to let you know, that the advice was great! I've tried it a few times now, all I do is give the mould a quick flick under a running tap to wet the inside slightly before pouring the jelly in. Came out perfect every time!
