Lloyds Sent Me Somone Elses Details!!

I applied for a Lloyds credit card over the phone as i have a debit card with them. The lady on the phone said she will send me the paper work for me to check, sign and return. Two days later i recieve a letter addressed to me from Lloyds. Inside the envelope there was someone elses credit card application form with all their personal details.
Isn't the bank suppose to be responsible for keeping personal data confidential? what should i do in this case? can i trust them with my details or am i just paranoid??

sounds to me as if some poor underpaid temp maybe got fed up stuffing envelopes that day
