Catalyst My Choice Homebuy & Ownhome Buy

I was accepted onto the Catalyst my choice homebuy scheme back in March, however thankfully due to kind parents was able to buy myown place without the governments help.
My sister has also applied, but her application was delayed by months and after awlful customer service from Catalyst was told on the phone tonight that the funding had run out, this is after only being told on friday not to worry about the funding as there was plenty left.
Has anyone else been advised by Catalyst that money has now gone, if you have were you advised when fuding would become available again.
I am considering getting my sister to apply for the OwnHome buy scheme operated by the Co-Op, but would this have also run out of funding?
