                    Hi,
Just under a year ago i enter into a iva with my now ex partner. We never had any problems and things have been ticking along really well.
But i'm now with someone new, as is he. We have still jointly paid all the bills, and have used the house on a 50/50 share, but over the last few months, i've been there alot more with my partner, while he has been at his. We have come to a agreement that i will pay all the bills, and he only has to pay half the mortage and the iva, but i know he is struggling due to his CM payments to.
How would this work with our IVA, as its 'joint' one. I'm worried that he won't have enough to cover it and it will fail (as my other half would look to move in with me and help pay the bills so i'm in the same boat as i was when ex was paying the bills).
Any help?
