Cannot pay seller on ebay?

Hello sorry to be a pain again.

I won a me to you bear card for 1p & 49p P&P on ebay. I have just tried to pay as I like to pay straight away. However when i try to pay it says:

The seller cannot receive payments through PayPal at this time.

• Please contact the seller for other payment options.

I have contacted the seller and I have logged in my paypal no problems. I have also bought a few low cost items on ebay the past few days with no problems.

Is there anything else I could or should do .. its only 50p but I dont want a NPB strike.

EDIT: I also have money in my paypal and my bank so there should be no problems with that.

Could be either the seller doesnt accept paypal or has been suspended from Paypal.

Contact the seller and see how they want paid, could be in stamps, postal order, bacs or even cash.

If they are selling a lot of low value items, paypal fees can mount up.
