I want one of these. Nationwide website offers 0% for 9mths but are there any cashback sites that will pay me to apply?

I did a quick Google search for 'nationwide credit card' and got thousands of sites. I checked the first 10 or so and they don't pay anything to apply. There may be some in those results, beyond the first ten, but it's looking unlikely I'm afraid.0
